What is  Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness was brought to this country in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga combines postures (asanas), movement, breath (pranayam), mantra, and meditation to help relax and heal the body, mind and spirit. This dynamic form of yoga balances the nervous and immune systems, improves strength and flexibility, relieves stress and quiets the mind. By awakening our kundalini energy, we raise our consciousness and connect with our own divine wisdom so that we can live in truth and unlock our true potential. The practice of Kundalini Yoga promotes a greater sense of well being and happiness.

         Mary Mullin (Prabhu Kaur)

Mary has been a student of yoga for over 25 years. In 2000 she took her first Kundalini Yoga class and immediately realized how quickly and powerfully the practice of Kundalini Yoga connects the body, mind and spirit. In 2007 Mary completed the 200 hour KRI Level I teacher training program at the Baba Siri Chand Kundalini Yoga Center in Millis, MA.  She is currently working toward completing the Level II program. Mary is a certified facilitator of the Excel & Celebrate Program for Women, a member of the International Kundalini Teachers Association and in 2012 became certified to teach Kundalini Yoga to people suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Mary takes great pleasure in sharing the teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
